§ Mr. ForthThe regulations require local education authorities to provide information on the accessibility of schools to pupils in wheelchairs to the Secretary of State after 1 May and by 1 June 1995, and every second year thereafter. Information on school's access required under these regulations has, accordingly, not yet been received.
