To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if vehicles on Rathlin maintain exemption from vehicle excise duty.

I am not aware of any vehicle currently registered on Rathlin which will pay more vehicle excise duty, or pay duty for the first time, as a result of the changes in schedule 4 to the Finance Bill.
