To ask the Attorney-General what plans he has to review the operation of the Serious Fraud Office.

§ The Attorney-General
On 1 February 1995, I received the report of the consideration of merger group on the merits and feasibility of merging all or part of the fraud divisions of the Crown Prosecution Service and the Serious Fraud Office. I shall take my decision after consulting colleagues.
