§ Mr. MossThe total cost to public funds of the launch of the Northern Ireland charter for patients and clients in March 1992 was £85,328. This was made up of £17,900 for production, £49,318 for printing and £18,110 for distribution. There were no advertising costs. Some 17,000 copies of the full charter and 1 million copies of the summary guide were printed.
