Further to the answer given by Baroness Blatch on 4 December (WA67), how many copies of their Thirteenth Periodic Report under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination they have distributed to non governmental organisations, newspaper organisations, legal deposit libraries and the public at large; and whether they will place the report in all public libraries and inform the editors of national and regional newspapers, and the editors of legal periodicals, that it can be obtained without charge from the Home Office Publications Unit.
§ Baroness BlatchNo record has been kept of the number of copies of the United Kingdom's Thirteenth Periodic Report under the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination which have been distributed on request outside the Government. We have no plans to send out further unsolicited copies: as I explained in my reply on 4 December to an earlier question from the noble Lord, the report is freely available from the Home Office Publications Unit.
