§ Mr. PageMy right hon. Friend has no current plans to visit Stoke on Trent. I was pleased to note the recent publication of the interim report of the ceramic industry's tableware strategy group. This sets out for wider consultation a series of issues likely to affect this sector's global prospects in the long term. I welcome this initiative and hope that it will lead to an agreed agenda of competitiveness issues on which my Department can work with the industry.
