§ Mr. Robin SquireIn 1994–95 the cost of official hospitality, which was included in the running cost budget for the Department, was £99,004. Of this, £73,643 was attributable to the former Department for Education and £25,361 to the former Department of Employment.
For the combined Department for Education and Employment the figure for the financial year to date is £61,000 with expenditure for the year as a whole projected to be £90,000.
