§ Mr. Andrew MitchellThe Child Support Agency is registered in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984. The agency's chief executive, Miss Ann Chant, has met the registrar several times and officials from this Department, the agency and the registrar's office are in regular contact to ensure effective liaison.
