(2) if he will set out the liabilities that will he transferred from Scottish local authorities to Scottish water authorities in 1996. [7222]
§ Mr. KynochRelevant property, rights and liabilities of regional and islands councils will transfer to the water authorities by virtue of transfer schemes prepared under section 91 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994. My right hon. Friend is currently considering the schemes which have been submitted to him.
