§ Mr. HanleyWe continue to be deeply concerned about reports of the exploitation of child and prison labour in China. We take every suitable opportunity to raise our concerns about all forms of human rights abuse in China. with the Chinese authorities. Most recently, the Foreign Secretary did so with the Chinese Vice-Premier and Foreign Minister, in London on 3 October.
