To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will provide information for all other tribunals in Britain along the lines referred to in his answer of 8 November,Official Report, column 1018, on the number of appeals against the disallowance of income support under the habitual residence test which were heard in the most recent period of a month or more for which information can be obtained; and how many succeeded, failed, were adjourned or were withdrawn.
