§ Mr. HoramInformation on numbers of homes for elderly and physically disabled people for the years 1989 to 1994 has been published in "Residential Accommodation for elderly people and people with physical and/or sensory disabilities: all residents in local authority, voluntary and private homes, year ending 31 March 1989 to year ending 31 March 1994, England". Information on the total number of homes for all client groups for the years ending 31 March 1994 and 1995 has been published in Department of Health statistical bulletins on residential accommodation for each of these years.
