§ Mr. RichardsFigures of net institutional expenditure per pupil, based on local education authorities' expenditure, for 1980–81 to 1992–93, are contained in the Welsh Office's education finance bulletin, a copy of which is in the Library of the House. Figures for 1993–94 are currently being calculated and as soon as they become available, they will be incorporated in a new issue of the bulletin.
