§ Mr. HanleyODA's seedcorn fund for reproductive health was established in 1995 to support small-scale, innovative projects to improve reproductive health in developing countries and countries with economies in transition. Expenditure in the 1994–95 financial year was £69,000. The budget for the 1995–96 financial year is £472,000.
