Member for Darlington on 23 March 1994, Official Report, column 1223, by my hon. Friend the Member for Bexhill and Battle (Mr. Wardle), the then Under-Secretary of State, for the Home Department.
A list of outside organisations employed by the Department since 1990 and the purpose of their employment as well as total payment made to them could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
For information on individual employees, copies of the civil service staff in post summary tables for 1990 through to 1995 can be found in the Library. Each employee is involved in assisting the Department to attain its aims and objectives as set out in the departmental report.
