§ Mr. HoramUp to 6 December 1995, Ministers in the Department of Health have made 912 statutory instruments in the present Parliament. The great majority relate broadly to health services but some were made in connection with other responsibilities, for example the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys. Full details of those made to 31 December 1994 are shown in the annual volumes of "Statutory Instruments", copies of which is available in the Library. A list of those statutory instruments made by my Department since 1 January 1995 will be placed in the Library. Of the 912, some 750 were made in connection with the establishment of national health service trusts under the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990. A detailed breakdown of all 912 could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
