§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 7 December 1995]: My right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Social Security and the Secretary of State for Education and Employment are responsible for the jobseeker's allowance. No firms were employed and no moneys were paid by the Scottish Office.
