§ Mr. NorrisA revised application by London Underground Ltd. for listed building consent to carry out has works to the Thames tunnel has recently been notified to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. The application is currently under consideration. It is hoped that a decision on whether it should be called in will be made shortly.
