§ Mr. ForthThe Higher Education Funding Council for England determines the total recurrent grant and the amounts by which the recurrent grant is reduced in recognition of college fees payments at each of these universities. The total recurrent grant and the amount by which it has been reduced in the current academic year are given as follows for each collegiate university in England.
