§ Mr. MaloneGreenwich Healthcare national health service trust is managing the development of the Queen Elizabeth hospital as the main hospital for Greenwich and Woolwich, taking account of the need to explore private finance and the statutory planning process. The trust and the local health authority will ensure that safe and effective services continue to be provided during the transitional period.
