§ Mr. AncramThe commission has powers under section 32 of the Act to obtain certain information from employers with regard to their reviews and their monitoring returns. To date, no formal inquiries under this section have been made with regard to the composition of the monitoring returns. No concern has failed to respond to a formal inquiry for information concerning regular reviews of practices.
