§ Mr. Ian TaylorI welcome the decision by the Cable Communications Association to offer a free connecting to every school passed by cable TV networks. More than 350 schools are already benefiting from this policy, which was agreed by the association's board on 16 February. A copy of the policy has been placed in the Library of the House.
