Mr. John M. TaylorNeither Her Majesty's Land Registry nor the Public Record and Public Trust Offices have ever had offices or jobs in Scotland and neither have these agencies transferred any offices or jobs to Scotland to date. Accordingly, the situations referred to in the question have not arisen.
