§ Mr. MaloneIn accordance with the National Health Service Trusts (Membership and Procedure) Regulations 1990, a person is disqualified from appointment to an NHS trust as chairman or non-executive director if within the preceding five years he has been convicted in the United Kingdom of any offence resulting in a sentence of imprisonment of not less than three months.
