To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what were the results of the survey of the client companies of the Local Enterprise Development Unit on the success of its total quality policy as announced in section 6.22 of the Northern Ireland expenditure plans and priorities 1994–95 to 1996–97; and how these results are being made available. LEDU's 1994 "Client Company Quality of Service Survey" showed an overall rate of satisfaction for its services of 78 per cent. among its clients. An analysis of the survey results was published in LEDU's "Business Brief' magazine in February 1995, a copy of which will be placed in the Library.
