§ Mr. BoswellEarlier this month, the Further Education Funding Council circulated a letter to colleges clarifying the position of young people already on courses at colleges. The Department for Education, the Employment Department, the TEC National Council and the Further Education Funding Council are currently finalising a joint note containing more extensive guidance which will he circulated to colleges shortly.
