§ Mr. FreemanAs at 31 March, my Department owned the following dwellings and vacant dwellings in Hampshire:

The locations listed are those of the service units, but the married quarters attached to those units may not necessarily be at the same location.
A large number of the vacant dwellings were undergoing or awaiting major maintenance, held for future deployments or formed part of the management margin needed to ensure that accommodation is available for entitled service families.
