§ Mr. Freeman[holding answer 4 April 1995]: The only lease of MOD aircraft in the last 10 years to 31 March 1995 for which records can be found was of VC10 K3 tanker aircraft to the Italian air force on one occasion in 1987 and twice in 1988.
