§ Mr. FreemanThe future of the site at the Royal Arsenal, Woolwich is the subject of detailed negotiations between my Department and the Urban Regeneration Agency and English Partnerships. The east site is still occupied by the Defence Research Agency, who will vacate the site this summer. Disposal options are being discussed with the local planning authority, the London borough of Greenwich.
