§ Miss WiddecombeThe annual presentation of Departments' expenditure information contained in354W reports meets a Government undertaking to Parliament. The preparation of the report is part of the normal duties of officials within the Department and as such no record is kept of the amount and costs of staff time involved in either the preparation of individual contributions or editing the report. However, three staff in the Department were involved in editing and preparing the report for publication between November 1994 and March 1995 as part of their normal duties.
