§ Sir John Wheeler[holding answer 18 April 1995]: The Government Loans Fund was abolished by articles 7 to 15 of the Financial Provisions (Northern Ireland) Order 1983 and its functions were transferred to the Consolidated Fund for Northern Ireland. The amounts owed to the Consolidated Fund at the year ended 31 March 1994 in respect of Government loans by each of the district councils are set out in the table:
