§ Mr. FreemanMr. Charles Masefield's conditioned hours of work are 41 hours per week, for a five-day week, in accordance with the general conditions laid down for non-industrial civil servants. However, in order for Mr. Masefield to fulfil his role as Head of Defence Export Services he has, in practice, to work far in excess of these hours.
