To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make arrangements for the Thames division of the Metropolitan police to be equipped with breathalysers for use on the tideway reaches of the River Thames within its jurisdiction for use when it has reason to believe port byelaws or rules of navigation have been disregarded.
