§ Mr. HagueGuidance for BAMS doctors involved in assessing incapacity for work entitled "The Medical Advisers' Guide to Incapacity Benefit" has been issued. Copies have been placed in the Library. The chief adjudication officer published his guidance as an amendment to the adjudication officer's guide on 20 March. Copies of this are in the Library. Guidance to medical assessors is a matter for the president of the Independent Tribunal Service, His Honour Judge Bassingthwaighte. He will write to the hon. Member shortly.
