§ Mr. SoamesTrack construction on Salisbury plain training area is subject to the normal planning procedures and the planning authority would formally consult English Heritage where appropriate. In addition, English Heritage is one of several bodies represented on the Salisbury plain training area environmental steering group which oversees development and environmental management of the training area.
