§ Mr. LangI am considering the Scottish Law Commission report, "Reform of the Ground for Divorce"—Scot. Law Com. No. 116 of 1989—in the light of the consultation document, "Looking to the Future: Mediation and the Ground for Divorce", which was issued in England and Wales in December 1993 by my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor, but I have no immediate plans to bring forward proposals to reform divorce law in Scotland.
