§ Mr. David DavisMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs will attend the conference from 18 to 19 April. I will attend the latter part of the conference if a ministerial presence is necessary at the end of the negotiations. Up to 26 officials from different Departments will attend the conference at various times. The official delegation will be led by Sir Michael Weston, UK permanent representative to the conference on disarmament, Geneva.
