To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what was the capital value of the factory rented by Natural Beauty Products Ltd., at Weston avenue, Bridgend, when its rent was re-negotiated in 1989; what is the estimated value currently; and if he will make it his policy to allow flexibility in rental charges to reflect market conditions. [18861]
