- 1984–85: £27.7 million
- 1985–86: £60.2 million
126 - 1986–87: £75.6 million
- 1987–88: £77.8 million
- 1988–89: £149.6 million
- 1989–90: £74 million
- 1990–91: £81.6 million
- 1991–92: 102.2 million
- 1992–93: £68 million
- 1993–94: £70.7 million
Final figures for 1994–95 are not yet available, but receipts are expected to be in the region of £65 million.
