Letter from S.H.F. Hickey to Mrs. Ann Taylor dated 11 April 1995:
The Parliamentary Secretary has asked me to reply to your question about courses on delegated pay at the Civil Service College (Ref PQ 19220).The College has run a number of courses and seminars which were wholly or mainly concerned with delegated pay. In the year to 31 March 1995, 329 civil servants attended these events and since then a further 40 have attended.We have a number of events already planned for the remainder of the year to 31 March 1996 and our current estimate is that these will attract 400 civil servants.
