§ Mr. MossThe contract for the construction of the headquarters of the Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Agency at the Belfast City hospital site commenced on 15 March 1993.
Practical completion of the project will be achieved on 15 April 1995 with phased occupancy commencing on 1 May 1995.
