§ Mr. NorrisNeither the Department centrally, nor Ministers, have Internet addresses. The Transport Research Laboratory and several hundred staff in the Department have Internet mail addresses used for specific aspects of their work. The Department is currently reviewing the scope for wider use of the Internet in planning new internal and external electronic mail facilities for installation in 1996.
