§ Mr. HoramThe Medical Research Council supports an extensive portfolio of basic and applied research in cardiovascular disease, much of which has direct relevance to the problem of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. However, none of this is specifically addressing the disease as such.
Although there are currently no plans to initiate research specifically into hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, the MRC is happy to consider applications in this field.
