§ Mr. CurryExternal finance limits were increased by £1,250,000 from £90,715,000 to £91,965,000 for the housing action trusts, by £500,000 from £7,000,000 to £7,500,000 for Birmingham Heartlands development corporation and by £1,500,000 from £116,806,000 to £118,306,000 for the Urban Regeneration Agency. The external finance limit of the docklands light railway was reduced by £500,000 from £38,900,000 to £38,400,000. The remaining increases were met from identified savings on the urban programme.
