§ Mr. Ray PowellA report by the Director of Works entitled "Energy Conservation on the Parliamentary Estate" dated 20 June 1994 describes the measures being taken and is available in the Library. During the financial year 1993–94, approximately 30 per cent. of stationery provided for Members' use from the Serjeant at Arms's store was made of recycled material. All non-confidential waste paper, glass, plastic and recycled metal is recycled.
