Mr. TaylorThe legislation needed to enable the United Kingdom to ratify the chemical weapons convention will be introduced as soon as practicable. In judging when that may be, we shall, of course, take account of the offer of full co-operation made by the hon. Member for Dewsbury (Mrs. Taylor) in business questions last week.
