§ Mr. NorrisNeither we nor the International Maritime Organisation have any record of Mr. Livano' specific proposals. The IMO sub-committee on flag state implementation is working to the construction of a casualty database as a matter of priority. A correspondence group has been established to develop the work intersessionally and will report to the next session of FSI in February 1996.
