§ The Attorney-GeneralThe agencies listed in the table have been used by the Treasury Solicitor on a case by case basis in the financial year 1994–95. The main services provided by the agencies have been: service of process, investigation of the whereabouts and financial status of debtors and other defendants, collection of evidence, and inquiries relating to personal injury claims.
