§ Mr. LangThe board of management of Borders college has carried out a review into matters of concern raised by lecturers' unions and a report has been submitted to the Scottish Office Education Department. Discussions between my officials and the chairman of the board of management and the college principal have taken place. Further investigations are under way. I will write to the right hon. Member when these are completed.
