§ Mr. Douglas HoggPreparations for the deployment of UNAVEM III infantry units to Angola are proceeding in accordance with the UN Secretary General's report to the Security Council of 27 March.
As my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs said to the House on 29 March, Official Report, column 1017, the deployment which is envisaged can be completed and fulfilled only if the parties on the ground fulfil their commitments.
